About Kim B.

Born in the Keys and raised in Miami, Florida, I am a Florida native who has called Jacksonville my home since 2007. With my husband working in the mortgage industry, I decided after relocating to this wonderful city to pursue my career in real estate; and I've never been happier! My most rewarding and ultimate goal is to close a transaction, whether I am representing a buyer or a seller, knowing that I have provided an exceptional service, an amazing experience and a stress-free process. My clients are very important to me and I am dedicated to listening to their wants and needs in order to achieve the best outcome to ensure they can count on me every step of the way.
During my career I have taken on numerous roles in real estate including investing in rehabs, title work, and managing real estate offices. Ultimately, I realized my passion is working with buyers to help find their dream home and working with sellers on listing and marketing their homes for best exposure and obtaining top dollar. I have been a part of Re/Max Specialists since 2015 and 100% club award member.
I am married to my high school sweetheart Brian of 25 years and we have two daughters.. Now that our daughters are in college pursuing their own dreams, I am able to take advantage of some "me" time whether it be a day of boating, beaching with my two dogs, or gardening around the house. I am also passionate about animal advocacy, involving myself by fostering and rescuing dogs in need to give them a temporary place until they find their forever home.
